Overview

In today’s changing landscape of higher education, it is pertinent that educational managers be as sophisticated and savvy in order to steer the K-economy and face the internationalization challenges, which are taking shape within national governance system. Therefore, Masters of Education (Educational Management and Leadership) is designed to enable the mid-level educational managers to play more signi­ficant roles. The program not only addresses the primary challengers but more importantly helps to develop understanding and competency in areas that will enhance the educational manager’s career.

 

Entry Requirement

1. Applicants (Bumiputera only) must have a recognized honors degree in educational administration / management or other related disciplines with minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.75 or equivalent, at least 1 year of teaching or administration experience in public or private educational institutions and attend an interview with the Faculty Post Graduate Committee.
    OR
2. A recognized honors degree in education or other related disciplines with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.75 or equivalent, at least 3 years of teaching or administration experience in public or private educational institutions and attend an interview with the Faculty Post Graduate Committee.
