Student Affairs
The Student Affairs Department (HEP) is one of the important departments in the organizational structure of UiTM Sarawak. It offers various services to students. The importance of Student Affairs Department (HEP) becomes more obvious after the existence of rules and regulations Act 174 or Akta Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976.
HEP also has an important role in helping the University Teknologi MARA produce graduates with high Soft Skills (KI) in meeting the global needs.
This role is played by two core functions (core business), the Student Leadership Development, as well as providing facilities and student services.

Objectives

To help UiTM students in matters of welfare, comfort and security and to coordinate financial assistance and scholarships given to them.

To create special funds, such as the Student Welfare Fund, Student Emergency Fund and Student Curriculum Fund.

Administration office is in charge of all administrative matters for the campus. Our team of committed and dedicated staff works together to provide quality services. This department has achieved much success due to the commitment and cooperation of the staff, top management as well as the clients. The Administrative Unit of UiTM Sarawak administers and co-ordinates administrative rules and procedures. Bursary
The Bursar’s Office at Mukah Campus is headed by an assistant accountant and aided by an assistant finance officer.

Infrastucture Management
Department of Facilities Management (Infrastruktur) is responsible in managing asset and facilities of the University. In UiTM Sarawak, Infrastruktur plays an important role to ensure that all the facilities are well managed and controlled so both the teaching and learning can be done/carried out properly.
To ensure the services provided by Infrastruktur are always relevant to the needs of the University, Infrastruktur gives the highest priority on every aspect of customer service improvement. Several projects on customer service improvement have been carried out such as Defects Complaining System, Operation Procedure Manual, and ISO Quality Procedure on Facilities Maintenance and Improvement.

Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak
UiTM Sarawak library was established simultaneously with the setting up of ITM Sarawak Campus in 1973. Initially, the campus was located at Batu Lintang Teachers Training College. In 1987, ITM Sarawak Campus shifted to the Agricultural Training Institute in Semenggok until 1989. From Semenggok the campus then moved to Samariang until 1997. The campus has remained at Kota Samarahan since its opening in 1997. The third campus in Mukah started operation in 2002. In 2013, UiTM Sarawak officiated its second campus in Kota Samarahan. Each of these campuses has its own Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak (established in 2013).
In 1973, the library had a total collection of 668 volumes of books and a membership of 100 students. The Library of UiTM Sarawak has grown in line with the academic programmes and the vision of UiTM. At present, the libraries has more than 105,000 volumes of books in addition to other printed and non-printed materials, 38 online databases and 25 eBook database titles. Current membership exceeds 8,000 students, 370 academicians and 309 non-academic staff (As of January 2016).

Farm and Landscape Management
The Farm and Landscape Management Unit was established and started operations since 2008 on the existence of a program at UiTMKM namely the Diploma Pengurusan Ladang. This unit is set up to provide agricultural learning and research facilities to lecturers and students of the Diploma Pengurusan Ladang programme which has been started since 2008.
This unit has grown and progressed in tandem with the increasing age of the DPIM Program and this unit which helped to support the lecturers and students of the DPIM program in undergoing practical training, practical and agricultural research.
Hopefully in the future, the Unit will be more robust and can help UiTM produce experienced, knowledgeable and capable graduates as agents of change to the outside community, especially local communities as well as generate income from Sarawak's UiTM through agricultural and farming activities.

Landscape and Nursery
The landscape and nursery division of UiTM Plantation Mukah Campus is one of the main branches besides the plot of farms, livestock, and special agriculture. It serves to support the activities of DPIM students and generally provide decorative flowers for UiTM official Mukah Campus. Among the activities carried out here are, providing flower stem cuttings for planting, flower arranging, maintenance of flowering plants, as well as flower sales. We also supply flowers for indoor flowers.
Farm Production Sales
Since the Farm Unit was set up, we managed to produce farm produce and managed to capitalize on the benefits of UiTM. Among the fruits that can be seen from the farm are fruits, broilers, vegetables, flowers and so on. We will try to double the yield from the field to generate revenue for UiTM Kampus Mukah.
