Quality Policy
We, the staff of UiTMKS, pledge to meet our clients’ needs and expectations by practising transparent quality measures through effective continuous improvement in pursuit of excellence.
Quality Objectives
To ensure that every staff member participates in staff development programmes for at least 42 hours annually.
To ensure 30% to 40% of full time students will obtain a CGPA of 3.00 and above according to cluster.

To ensure that 50% of the academic staff be involved in at least one academic writing, research, publication, or consultation activity in a year.
To improve the level of security by ensuring zero theft for properties in UiTM

To ensure 60% of students that participated in Kemahiran Insaniah (KI) achieve GPA 3.00
To ensure that 80% of customer are satisfied with services provided by all departments
